Hi, I’m Nicole, a Brooklyn-based food stylist, recipe developer and tester, private chef, writer, and photographer with experience across editorial, social media, marketing, television, and cookbook projects.

A one-time extremely picky eater, I'm now mostly reformed (no thank you, licorice) and love working with all manner of foods, but have a predilection towards vegetable-forward dishes and baking projects. When not cooking or exploring New York's restaurants, you can find me running in Prospect Park, playing tennis, curled up on the couch with a book, or at a museum.
