Hi, I’m Nicole, a Brooklyn-based food stylist, recipe developer and tester, private chef, writer, and photographer with experience across editorial, social media, marketing, television, and cookbook projects.

A one-time extremely picky eater, I'm now mostly reformed (no thank you, licorice) and love working with all manner of foods, but have a predilection towards vegetable-forward dishes and baking projects. When not cooking or exploring New York's restaurants, you can find me running in Prospect Park, playing tennis, curled up on the couch with my cat Mochi and a book, or at a museum.
