Hi, I’m Nicole, a Brooklyn-based food stylist, recipe developer, writer, and photographer whose work spans editorial, branded, and television projects.
I work both collaboratively on set and independently, styling food for shoots and developing recipes end-to-end — from concept and testing through styling and photography.
Selected clients include: Mealime, Food52, Taste of Home, Ghirardelli, Wayfair, SafewayAlbertson's, People Inc., Campbell’s, Califia Farms, The Good Dish, Marley Spoon/Dinnerly, CookUnity, Food Network, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Eggland’s Best, Bob Evans, Wingstop, Diageo, Horizon Organic, Planet Oat, WSJ Off Duty, Epicurious, Brit + Co, POPSUGAR, and SELF.
A one-time extremely picky eater, I'm now mostly reformed (no thank you, licorice) and love working with all manner of foods, but have a predilection towards vegetable-forward dishes and baking projects, including the occasional wedding cake. When not dreaming of my next meal, you can find me on a run, playing tennis, curled up with a good book, ice skating, or at a museum.
